From traditional pub fare to “new” Irish cuisine savor the flavor that is home-made from scratch.
Traditional pub fare is offered until 10 p.m. in the bar. You'll find all the familiar favorites such as fish and chips, smoked salmon and fresh oysters.
Fine dining on “new Irish” cuisine is offered in the dining room. The menu includes traditional Irish stew, Shepherd’s pie, Champ (Irish potatoes), One and One (an Irish term for fish and chips). Other entrees include Salmon with Horseradish Crust, Guinness and Beef, and Pork Shank with cider demi-glace.
